How long is the programme?
The duration of the Customer Service Apprenticeship at Level 2 is 12 months and the Level 3 is 18 months depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
Who is it for?
This apprenticeship is suitable for anyone who currently works in the Customer Service industry or for those who are wanting to get started in the sector.
If you are just starting in the industry we may advise that you complete the Level 2 Apprenticeship prior to starting on the Level 3.
What you will learn
Depending on which qualification you do and what you will be/are doing in your current employment role will determine what units you will work towards. If you mainly do general Customer Service duties we will cover how to deliver good customer service.

If you have completed the Level 2 Apprenticeship you could progress on to the Level 3 Apprenticeship or another role relevant qualification.
If you complete the Level 3 Apprenticeship you could progress on to Team Leading, Management, or another role relevant qualification.
The types of job roles that you could progress to with the Level 2 Apprenticeship could include; Customer Service Assistant. Bar staff, Call centre staff, receptionist or other related roles.
Career progression with the Level 3 Apprenticeship could include; Team leading, centre manager or other related supervisory roles.
